The Packit GT-5s Vertical Form & Seal Bagmaking Machine by VS International is a high-performance continuous motion system designed for FMCG manufacturers in national and international markets. Introduced in 2017, it features five servos for vertical sealing, vacuum belt pulling, nip roller control, and horizontal sealing, ensuring unmatched precision and speed.

With a production capacity of up to 180 pouches per minute, the GT-5s efficiently forms accurate center-seal pillow packs. It supports a bag width range of 180mm to 380mm and can accommodate filling capacities from 10 grams to 1 kilogram, making it ideal for diverse packaging needs.

Designed for seamless operation, it includes a color touchscreen controller with real-time monitoring, data logging, and an intuitive interface. The GT-5s integrates effortlessly with cup fillers, auger fillers, and multihead weighers for enhanced flexibility.

Additional features like an eye mark sensor, nitrogen flushing, vibratory feeding, pneumatic/hot foil coding, static charge eliminator, screw/bucket conveyor, take-away conveyor, and dust collection system further enhance efficiency and quality.
