The Packit Indus 5000 Form & Seal Bagmaking Machine by VS International is a cutting-edge intermittent motion system designed for bulk packaging, operating at speeds of up to 40 bags per minute. It efficiently handles 5 kg to 10 kg capacity packaging with precision and reliability.

Powered by three servo motors for vertical sealing, belt pulling, and nip roller control, it supports multiple packaging styles, including center seal pillow packs, side gusset bags, flat bottom pouches, D-cut, and Euro slot packs, with a width range of 280mm to 840mm.

Key features include a 32×25 vertical sealing pneumatic cylinder, TRIO-UK motion controller, Delta/Siemens servo motors, and a JEFRON linear transducer for automatic speed control. It seamlessly integrates with cup fillers, auger fillers, and multihead weighers, with optional eye mark sensors, nitrogen flushing, and dust collection systems.
